The invention provides a method for preparing a thermistor substrate through a water-based gel method and the thermistor substrate, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing ceramic powder with a sintering aid, water, a dispersing agent, an organic monomer and a cross-linking agent to obtain slurry; 2) adding a catalyst and an initiator into the slurry, pouring into a mold, initiating a polymerization reaction for molding, and demolding to obtain a ceramic green body; and 3) cutting the ceramic green body, and sintering to obtain the thermistor substrate. According to the invention, the organic monomer and the cross-linking agent are added, and a polymer network structure is formed through polymerization reaction, so that the ceramic powder is cured and shaped in situ, the operation is simple, the stability is good, the method is green and environment-friendly, and large-scale production can be realized; then preparing a thermistor substrate through the processes of cutting, sintering and the like; the ceramic substrate disclosed by the invention is high in flatness, low in roughness, flexible in size adjustment, simple in process step operation, low in equipment investment, environment-friendly and suitable for industrial production.
本发明提供一种水基凝胶法制备热敏电阻基片的方法及热敏电阻基片,所述方法,包括以下步骤:1)将陶瓷粉料与烧结助剂、水、分散剂、有机单体和交联剂混合均匀,得浆料;2)向浆料中加入催化剂和引发剂,浇注入模,引发聚合反应成型,脱模,得陶瓷生坯;3)切割所述陶瓷生坯,进行烧结,即制得所述热敏电阻基片。本发明通过外加有机单体和交联剂,通过聚合反应形成高分子网络结构,使得陶瓷粉体原位固化定型,操作简单、稳定性好、绿色环保、可大规模生产;然后通过切割、烧结等工艺制备出热敏电阻基片;本发明的陶瓷基片平整度高、粗糙度低,尺寸可灵活调节,且工艺步骤操作简单、设备投资少,环境友好、适合工业化生产。
