The invention discloses a method for preparing a mullite refractory material and the mullite refractory material, the method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing 5-15 parts by weight of gold tailing slag, 30-45 parts by weight of high bauxite and a binding agent, and grinding to prepare a first mixture; s2, adding 3-8 parts by weight of aluminum oxide and 6-10 parts by weight of zirconium oxide into the first mixture, and grinding to prepare a second mixture; s3, carrying out dry pressing molding on the second mixture; and S4, sintering to prepare the mullite refractory material. The obtained mullite refractory material is high in mullite phase content, uniform in distribution, high in chemical erosion resistance, high in stability and good in comprehensive performance.
本发明公开了一种制备莫来石耐火材料的方法及莫来石耐火材料,该方法包括:S1、将以重量份数计的黄金尾矿渣5‑15份、高铝矾土30‑45份与结合剂混合进行研磨,制备得到第一混合物;S2、将以重量份数计的氧化铝3‑8份和氧化锆6‑10份加入所述第一混合物进行研磨,制备得到第二混合物;S3、将所述第二混合物干压成型;S4、经过烧结,制备得到所述莫来石耐火材料。本发明得到的莫来石耐火材料中莫来石相含量高,分布均匀,抗化学侵蚀性强,稳定性高,耐火材料综合性能好。
