The invention relates to an efficient concrete water reducing agent and recycled concrete with high compressive strength, and particularly discloses a method for preparing a long-chain macromolecular water reducing agent by taking acrylic acid, maleic anhydride and amino-terminated polyoxyethylene ether as reaction raw materials, adding the long-chain macromolecular water reducing agent into recycled aggregate, and mixing with a gel material to obtain the high-compressive-strength recycled concrete. The 28d compressive strength of the obtained recycled concrete is 43.1 MPa, the initial slump reaches up to 223 mm, the slump loss is only 6.31% after 60 min, and the recycled concrete system is free of segregation and bleeding.
