The invention provides a polyformaldehyde fiber sizing agent for concrete. The polyformaldehyde fiber sizing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1.00 to 15.00 percent of polyethyleneimine, 2.00 to 30.00 percent of a polyurethane emulsion film-forming agent, 0.50 to 1.50 percent of a coupling agent, 0.01 to 2.00 percent of a pH value regulator and 51.50 to 97.49 percent of deionized water. The sizing agent disclosed by the invention can be used for carrying out surface modification on polyformaldehyde fibers and enhancing interface bonding between the fibers and concrete. The preparation method of the sizing agent is simple, easy to operate and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the modified polyformaldehyde fiber reinforced concrete is obviously improved. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the polyformaldehyde fiber sizing agent for concrete.
