The invention discloses a test run runway linear twisted road construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating a twisted block, and reserving an extending connecting steel bar on the twisted block; s2, roadbed construction, specifically, a plain soil layer is tamped, and then a gravel layer is laid on the plain soil layer and leveled; s3, reinforced concrete pavement formwork erecting construction is conducted, specifically, a reinforcement cage is laid on the rubble layer, and formwork erecting of the reinforced concrete pavement is completed in the circumferential direction of the reinforcement cage; s4, twisting blocks are installed, reserved extending connecting steel bars on the twisting blocks are fixedly connected with the steel reinforcement cage, and the twisting blocks are linearly arranged in two rows; s5, concrete is poured to form a road surface, and the poured concrete ensures that the twisted blocks are partially immersed in the concrete layer in the height direction, so that the twisted blocks and the later poured concrete form a whole; s6, shrinkage joints are treated and maintained; the linear twisted road obtained through the construction method is good in forming quality, and the construction efficiency is improved compared with a traditional construction method.
