The device comprises a control processor, a movable sliding block, a movable guide rail, a sliding block driving device, a first asphalt pump, a first asphalt pipe and a first air pipe, a first asphalt nozzle and a radar monitoring device are arranged on the movable sliding block, the first asphalt pipe and the first air pipe communicate with the first asphalt nozzle, and the first asphalt pump communicates with the first asphalt pipe; the spraying area of the first asphalt nozzle corresponds to the scanning area of the radar monitoring device, and the movable sliding block is arranged on the movable guide rail. Compared with the prior art, the radar monitoring device is arranged to scan the road surface in real time to obtain and analyze the structural state of each local part on the road surface, so that the radar monitoring device can scan the structural state of the road surface and control and adjust the pressure power of the first asphalt pump and the walking speed of the movable sliding block according to the structural state of the road surface; finally, the spraying device can adjust the asphalt spraying amount according to the defect structure on the road surface.
