Maintenance method for prestressed concrete damaged pavement
The invention relates to a method for maintaining a damaged prestressed concrete pavement, namely a method for maintaining a combination of a bidirectional self-stress precast slab and a self-stress seam. The method comprises the following steps of: cutting off the damaged prestressed concrete pavement according to a rectangle or a square by using a concrete cutting machine; after the pavement base layer is leveled with mortar or concrete, a sliding layer composed of medium sand and double-layer plastic cloth is laid; prefabricating and mounting a bidirectional self-stress concrete slab; a self-stress rib is connected between the bidirectional self-stress precast slab and the prestressed pavement, and high-expansion concrete is poured to form a self-stress seam; the self-stress seam is covered with moisturizing cotton for maintenance; and the prestressed pavement and the self-stress two-way plate are connected into a concrete pavement with stress in the longitudinal and transverse directions through the self-stress seam. Compared with a traditional common reinforced concrete maintenance method, the method has the advantages of being high in construction speed, short in construction period, early in traffic opening, high in bearing capacity and high in durability.
本发明涉及一种预应力混凝土损坏路面的维修方法,即双向自应力预制板和自应力缝组合的维修方法:用混凝土切割机按着长方形或者正方形切除损坏的预应力混凝土路面;用砂浆或混凝土找平路面基层后,铺设由中砂和双层塑料布组成的滑动层;预制并安装双向自应力混凝土板;在双向自应力预制板和预应力路面之间连接自应力筋,浇筑高膨胀混凝土形成自应力缝;自应力缝覆盖保湿棉养生;通过自应力缝把预应力路面和自应力双向板连成纵横方向都具有应力的混凝土路面。相比传统的普通钢筋混凝土的维修方法,本发明具有施工速度快,工期短,开放交通早、承载能力高,耐久性强的优点。
