The invention discloses a connecting structure of a prefabricated bent cap and a prefabricated pier and a construction method of the connecting structure, and relates to the technical field of prefabricated bridge assembly.The connecting structure comprises the prefabricated pier and the prefabricated bent cap assembled at the top end of a prefabricated pier column, and the upper end face of the prefabricated pier integrally extends upwards to be provided with a plurality of reserved steel bars; a plurality of reserved cavities allowing the reserved steel bars to vertically stretch into are correspondingly formed in the assembling position of the prefabricated cover beam, the reserved cavities are of big-end-up structures penetrating through the prefabricated cover beam up and down, and after the prefabricated cover beam and the prefabricated pier are assembled, grouting materials are poured into the reserved cavities from top to bottom. The reserved cavity formed in the prefabricated bent cap is in a big-end-up form, reserved steel bars of the prefabricated pier can be fully anchored, and the aim that the stress performance of the joint is equal to that of cast-in-place is achieved. Compared with the prior art, a grouting sleeve and a grouting corrugated pipe can be omitted, and the connecting joint cost is reduced.
