The invention discloses a splicing structure of an existing large-span double-amplitude cast-in-place box girder bridge and a construction method of the splicing structure, the splicing structure comprises a bridge deck slab central splicing belt and a double-amplitude splicing box type cross beam, the bridge deck slab central splicing belt is arranged in the center of the existing double-amplitude bridge, and the double-amplitude splicing box type cross beam is arranged in the bridge deck slab central splicing belt; the bridge deck slab central splicing belt is formed by implanting post-planted steel bars into the inner side of a bridge deck slab cantilever on the inner side of the existing double-amplitude bridge and then pouring concrete, and the poured bridge deck slab central splicing belt serves as a part of a bridge deck and is flush with the existing bridge deck; the double-width splicing box type cross beam is located below the bridge deck slab center splicing belt and used for bearing a bridge deck, the double-width splicing box type cross beam is formed by implanting post-planting steel bars into webs on the inner side of an existing double-width bridge and the lower edge of a top plate and then pouring concrete, and the double-width splicing box type cross beam and a bridge box beam of the existing double-width bridge are equal in height. The splicing structure is safe and reliable in stress and has small influence on a main body structure. The invention further discloses a construction method comprising the splicing structure.
