The anti-collision guardrail is formed by splicing a plurality of guardrail units in the length direction of a bridge floor and located on the edges of the two sides of the bridge floor, each guardrail unit comprises a prefabricated guardrail body, the prefabricated guardrail body is connected with the bridge floor in a clamped mode through a concave-convex table, and the prefabricated guardrail body is fixedly connected with the bridge floor through a bolt mechanism and an embedded part. Meanwhile, the guardrail body is provided with an anti-collision buffering mechanism and an ejection protection net mechanism linked with the anti-collision buffering mechanism, and the top of an inner sleeve in the ejection protection net mechanism is provided with a warning flash lamp and a buzzer which adopt a vibration automatic triggering mechanism. The guardrail body adopts a prefabrication production mode, and the connection mode of the guardrail body and the bridge floor not only ensures the stability of the guardrail body, but also improves the installation efficiency; in addition, the anti-collision buffering mechanism and the ejection protection net mechanism are arranged in a linkage mode, damage to the guardrail body and an impact object can be reduced, the falling risk of the falling object can be effectively avoided, and losses caused by accidents are reduced.
本发明公开了一种桥梁用预制装配插销式防撞护栏,所述防撞护栏由多个护栏单元沿桥面长度方向拼装而成,且位于桥面两侧边缘处,每个护栏单元包括预制的护栏本体,其与桥面通过凹凸台卡接、插销机构和预埋件实现固定连接,同时在护栏本体上设有防撞缓冲机构和与其联动的弹射防护网机构,且弹射防护网机构中的内套筒顶部设有采用振动自动触发机制的警示闪光灯及蜂鸣器。本发明护栏本体采用预制生产方式,其与桥面的连接形式既保证了护栏本体的稳定性同时又提高了安装效率;另外联动设置的防撞缓冲机构及弹射防护网机构,不仅可降低对护栏本体及撞击物的损害,而且能够有效避免坠物坠落的风险,减少事故引发的损失。
