When the stay cable vibrates, the mounting frame is driven to move, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod rotate through the spherical hinge connecting part, the first spring between the two connecting plates deforms to achieve buffering, and through damping vibration absorption of the spherical hinge connecting part, when the stay cable vibrates in any direction, damping vibration absorption is achieved.
