Automatic auxiliary supporting mechanism for hydraulic dam
The automatic auxiliary supporting mechanism comprises dam bases installed on the two sides of a water gate water outlet, the top ends of the dam bases are connected through an installation base, a hydraulic dam body is installed between the two dam bases, the two sides of the bottom end of the hydraulic dam body are rotationally connected with the inner sides of the dam bases through pin shafts, and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the downstream side of the hydraulic dam body. A telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the back of the hydraulic dam body, and the top of the hydraulic dam body is connected with an auxiliary supporting mechanism in the mounting base through a plurality of steel wire ropes. The automatic steel wire rope winding and pulling system is adopted for supporting the hydraulic dam which is about to fail or fails, meanwhile, the excessive flood at the upstream of the hydraulic dam is effectively drained through the automatic drainage system, the adverse effect of the upstream water load of the hydraulic dam on the hydraulic dam is reduced from two aspects, the water retaining reliability of the hydraulic dam is improved, and the service life of the hydraulic dam is prolonged. The safety of the masses can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, the use value is high, and the social benefit and the economic benefit are good.
本发明公开了一种液压坝自动辅助支撑机构,包括有安装在水闸排水口两侧的坝座,坝座的顶端经安装座相互连接,2座坝座之间安装有液压坝体,液压坝体的底端两侧均经销轴与坝座内侧转动连接,液压坝体下游侧设置有多个液压缸,液压缸的伸缩杆与液压坝体的背部固定连接,液压坝体的顶部经多根钢丝绳与安装座内部的辅助支撑机构连接。本发明采用自动钢丝绳收拉系统对即将失效或失效的液压坝进行支撑,同时通过自动排水系统对液压坝上游超标洪水进行有效排泄,从两个方面来减少液压坝上游水荷载对液压坝的不利影响,提高了液压坝挡水可靠性,可以最大限度保证人民群众安全,具有较强的使用价值、较好的社会效益及经济效益。
