The invention discloses a dam spillway guide wall top bracket formwork structure which comprises a horizontal supporting rod matched with a preset assembly on a spillway guide wall and a mounting table for providing a mounting foundation for a formwork adjusting mechanism of a guide wall top bracket. A horizontal rod end plate and a flat base plate are arranged on the horizontal supporting rod, and an inverted-U-shaped notch is formed in the bottom of the horizontal rod end plate; the formwork adjusting mechanism comprises three adjusting lead screws used for adjusting the position of the bracket formwork, the bottom ends of the vertical enclosing purlins are provided with vertical enclosing purlin lower end plates, and the bottoms of the vertical enclosing purlin lower end plates are provided with panel lifting mechanisms matched with the inserting holes. The guide wall bracket formwork and the guide wall vertical formwork are of an integral structure, the panel lifting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the vertical enclosing purlin, lifting of the bracket formwork is achieved by adjusting the insertion length of the wedge plate, an integral formwork lifting structure is adopted, and the formwork is hung and fixed through a preset assembly of lower concrete. The bracket formwork does not need to be repeatedly erected to support the formwork in the using process, and the formwork erecting efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种大坝溢洪道导墙顶部牛腿模板结构,包括与溢洪道导墙上预设组件配合的水平支撑杆和给导墙顶部牛腿的模板调节机构提供安装基础的安装台;水平支撑杆上设置有水平杆端头板和平垫板,水平杆端头板底部开设有倒U形豁口;模板调节机构包括三个用于调节牛腿模板位置的调节丝杆,竖围檩的底端设置有竖围檩下端板,竖围檩下端板的底部设置有与插孔配合的面板升降机构。本发明导墙牛腿模板与导墙直立模板为一个整体结构,竖向围檩下端设置有面板升降机构,通过调节楔子板的插入长度实现牛腿模板的升降,采用整体模板吊装结构,利用下部混凝土的预设组件进行模板的悬挂固定,牛腿模板使用过程中无需重复搭设脚手架支撑模板,立模效率高。
