According to the construction technology, the steel casing is additionally installed before the steel pipe column is hoisted, and the risk of hole collapse is avoided; slurry pumping drainage is conducted before the steel pipe column is installed, and buoyancy is prevented from affecting perpendicularity measurement and correction of the steel pipe column. The steel pipe column is arranged to be a conical sealing bottom and is integrally formed through one-time batch rapid pouring, and the construction quality is improved; the steel pipe column is provided with a conical sealing bottom and is integrally formed through one-time batch rapid pouring.
