One end of the smashing rod is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor, the end, away from the driving motor, of the lifting rod is connected with a smashing cover, a plurality of smashing cones are arranged in the smashing cover, the end, close to the motor, of the smashing rod is connected with a speed reducer, a plurality of smashing teeth are arranged on the outer wall of one end of the smashing rod, and the end, away from the driving motor, of the smashing rod is connected with a leveling rotary disc. The leveling rotating disc is rotationally connected to the longitudinal frame pipe, a plurality of through grooves penetrating through the leveling rotating disc are formed in the leveling rotating disc in the circumferential direction, and one end of the transverse frame pipe is connected with a pressure pump. According to the technical scheme, large stones and soil blocks at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile can be cleaned, and the cleaning quality is improved.
