Dam termite nest grouting device
The dam termite nest grouting device comprises a moving vehicle, a lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the moving vehicle, a grouting mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the moving vehicle, a leaking stoppage mechanism is fixed to the moving vehicle, the leaking stoppage mechanism comprises a fixing frame fixedly connected with the moving vehicle, and a cover plate used for covering the opening of a grouting hole is arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame. A cover body is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the cover plate through a connecting rod, and an annular clay leaking stoppage channel is formed between the inner wall of the cover body and the side face of the cover plate. Through the arrangement of the lifting mechanism and the cover plate, when the movable trolley moves to the position near a termite nest, the trolley body is lowered through the lifting mechanism, so that a rubber block at the bottom of the trolley body is tightly pressed on a dam face, the trolley body can be prevented from moving during grouting, and when the trolley body is lowered, the cover plate can cover a hole of the termite nest; and the grouting hose is inserted into the termite nest through the cover plate, so that grouting liquid is effectively prevented from overflowing during grouting.
本发明涉及一种堤坝白蚁巢穴灌浆装置，包括移动车，移动车的底部设有升降机构，且移动车的上部设有灌浆机构，移动车固定有堵漏机构，堵漏机构包括与移动车固定连接的固定架，固定架的底部设有用于盖在灌浆孔口部的盖板，盖板的外侧通过连接杆固定设有罩体，罩体的内壁与所述盖板的侧面之间形成环形的黏土堵漏通道。本发明通过升降机构以及盖板的设置，在移动车移动到白蚁巢穴的附近时，通过升降机构降低车身，使车身底部的橡胶块紧密压在坝面上，能够防止车身在灌浆时发生移动，且车身降低时能够使得盖板盖在白蚁巢穴的洞口，使灌浆软管通过盖板插入白蚁巢穴中，有效防止灌浆时灌浆液向外溢出。
