The invention relates to a road and urban underground pipe gallery lap joint structure which comprises a combination section capable of bearing alternating loads and road vertical loads, the combination section is located between an underground pipe gallery and a road, the combination section is fixed to the underground pipe gallery through a fixing structure, and the combination section is fixedly connected with a load dispersing section. The load dispersing section is used for dispersing the alternating load borne by the combining section and extends in the direction away from the underground pipe gallery. The invention provides a lap joint structure for parallel construction of urban underground pipe galleries and roads. Through the arrangement of the combination section and the load dispersion section, the purpose of dispersing the load from the upper portion borne by the underground pipe gallery is achieved, so that the influence of a road on the pipe gallery can be reduced to the minimum, and the construction cost of the underground pipe gallery can be reduced.
