The invention discloses a novel cold-formed thin-walled concrete filled steel tubular column foot connection and a construction method thereof, a steel tubular column is vertically arranged on a ground foundation, a bottom plate is arranged below the steel tubular column and above the ground foundation, a positioning hole penetrating through two opposite side walls of the bottom plate is formed in the bottom plate, and the steel tubular column is located above the positioning hole; a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the periphery of the bottom plate, and the positioning anchor bolts penetrate through the fixing holes, then extend into the foundation and are fixedly connected with the bottom plate through fixing nuts; a plurality of connecting pieces are vertically arranged in the steel pipe column, the connecting pieces are distributed along the periphery of the steel pipe column at intervals, the length direction of the connecting pieces is consistent with that of the steel pipe column, and one side of each connecting piece is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the steel pipe column; a lap joint longitudinal bar is arranged between every two adjacent connecting pieces, the length direction of the lap joint longitudinal bars is consistent with the length direction of the steel pipe column, the upper ends of the lap joint longitudinal bars extend into the steel pipe column, and the lower ends of the lap joint longitudinal bars penetrate through positioning holes in the bottom plate and then are inserted into the foundation.
