The invention provides a waterproof construction method for the outer wall surface of a building. The waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that the outer wall surface of the building is cleaned and leveled; a waterproof agent is sprayed, and a waterproof layer with the thickness not smaller than 1.5 mm is formed on the outer wall face; after the waterproof layer is dried, an outer wall heat preservation layer is installed; anti-crack waterproof mortar is smeared, and a waterproof mortar layer with the thickness of 20 mm is formed on the surface of the heat preservation layer; and after the anti-crack waterproof mortar is solidified and dried, surface finishing is conducted, a decorative layer is additionally installed, and waterproofing of the outer wall face of the building is completed. Two waterproof fortification layers made of the rigid waterproof layer and the water-based mud material are adopted, the waterproof problems of'water channeling ', 'water leakage', 'water bleeding 'and the like of the outer wall face of the building are solved fundamentally, mortar cracking is reduced, the anti-seepage and waterproof performance is improved, the waterproof quality effect of'one-time construction and lifelong maintenance-free' is achieved, and meanwhile the project development and construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种楼体外墙面的防水施工方法,包括以下步骤:对楼体外墙面进行清理整平;喷涂防水剂,在外墙面形成厚度不小于1.5mm的防水层;待防水层干燥后,安装外墙保温层;涂抹抗裂防水砂浆,在保温层表面形成厚度为20mm的防水砂浆层;待抗裂防水砂浆凝固干燥后,进行表面整理后,加装装饰层,完成楼体外墙面的防水。本发明采用刚性防水层与水基泥材质的两道防水设防,从根源上解决了楼体外墙面“窜水”、“渗漏水”、“洇水”等防水问题,降低砂浆的开裂,提高抗渗防水性能,达到了“一次施工,终身免修”的防水质量效果,同时降低项目开发施工成本。
