The thermal insulation wall comprises a base layer wall body, a bonding layer, a thermal insulation layer and a decorative surface layer are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the base layer wall body, and a positioning mechanism is arranged on the base layer wall body; the positioning mechanism comprises a plurality of screw rods pre-embedded in the base layer wall body, through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the screw rods, of the bonding layer, and the screw rods penetrate through the through holes; through holes are also formed in the positions, corresponding to the screws, of the heat preservation layer, the through holes are used for allowing the screws to penetrate through, the screws are sleeved with transverse positioning strips and longitudinal positioning strips, the transverse positioning strips are horizontally arranged, the screws arranged at the same height are connected through the transverse positioning strips, the screws are sleeved with the longitudinal positioning strips, and the longitudinal positioning strips are located on the outer sides of the transverse positioning strips; the screws penetrate through the transverse positioning strips and the longitudinal positioning strips and then are in threaded connection with nuts, and gaps are formed between the adjacent transverse positioning strips and longitudinal positioning strips. The method has the effect of reducing damage to the outer wall caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the insulation board.
本发明涉及一种保温墙体及其施工工艺,其包括基层墙体,基层墙体的外侧依次设置有粘接层、保温层以及装饰面层,所述基层墙体上设置有定位机构;所述定位机构包括预埋于基层墙体内的多根螺杆,粘接层对应螺杆的位置开设有通孔,螺杆穿射于通孔内;所述保温层对应螺杆的位置也开设有贯穿孔,贯穿孔用于供螺杆穿过,螺杆上套设有横向定位条和纵向定位条,横向定位条水平设置,横向定位条将多个等高设置的螺杆连接,纵向定位条套设于螺杆上且位于横向定位条的外侧,螺杆穿过横向定位条和纵向定位条后螺纹连接有螺母,相邻的横向定位条和纵向定位条之间形成空隙。本发明具有减少保温板热胀冷缩对外墙的损坏的效果。
