Method for stabilizing curved plate building structure
The invention discloses a method for stabilizing a curved plate building structure. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, typesetting the construction of a curved plate through BIM typesetting software; 2, fixing the back plate to a proper position of an external wall body by using expansion bolts through fixing holes uniformly formed in four corners of the back plate; thirdly, a T-shaped frame arranged on the upper surface of the curved plate slides into a groove plate correspondingly arranged on the bottom face of the back plate, after the T-shaped frame slides into the groove plate, an inner threaded sleeve slides downwards along a T-shaped rod arranged on the bottom face of the back plate, the inner threaded sleeve makes contact with a stud correspondingly arranged on the upper surface of the curved plate, then the inner threaded sleeve is rotated, and the inner threaded sleeve is screwed into the groove plate; according to the stabilizing method for the curved plate building structure, multi-stage limiting and fixing can be conveniently conducted on the curved plates, the adjacent curved plates can be connected and fixed, the internal structures of the curved plates are not prone to loosening, and the stability of overall building of the curved plates can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种曲面板搭建结构的稳固方法,包括以下步骤;步骤一:通过BIM排版软件对曲面板的搭建进行排版;步骤二:使用膨胀螺栓通过背板四角均匀设置的固定孔将背板固定至外部墙体的合适位置;步骤三:将曲面板上表面设置的T型架滑入背板底面对应设置的凹槽板,所述T型架滑入凹槽板内部后,将内螺纹套沿背板底面设置的T型杆向下滑动,使内螺纹套与曲面板上表面对应设置的螺柱接触,然后转动内螺纹套,使内螺纹套与对应的螺柱螺纹连接,该曲面板搭建结构的稳固方法,方便对曲面板进行多级限位固定,而且还能够对相邻的曲面板的进行连接固定,曲面板内部结构不易松动,能够大大提高曲面板整体搭建的稳固性。
