The heat preservation structure for the container building comprises a top plate and a supporting plate, the top plate is connected to the upper end face of the supporting plate in a clamped mode, a solar panel is embedded in the upper end face of the top plate, a cold area cavity and a liquid storage cavity are formed in the top plate, and the cold area cavity and the liquid storage cavity communicate with each other and are separated through a partition plate; the upper end face of the partition plate is arranged in a sunken mode, a cooling bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the solar panel, a filter plate is embedded in the side end face of the top plate and communicates with the cooling cavity, a flow guide plate is obliquely arranged on the outer end face of the top plate, and a medium groove is formed in the supporting plate and communicates with the liquid storage cavity. According to the device, the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the building is effectively improved through the phase-change material, meanwhile, the phase-change material can be collected and supplemented by means of the environment, the loss of the phase-change material is reduced, the phase-change material can actively overflow to cool the building when the temperature is high, and the living comfort of the building is improved.
