An offshore wind turbine embarkation gangway ladder comprises a first gangway ladder fixed section, a second gangway ladder fixed section, a gangway ladder movable section and a gangway ladder telescopic section. The first gangway ladder fixed section and the second gangway ladder fixed section are connected end to end, one end of the gangway ladder movable section is connected with the first gangway ladder fixed section and is in reciprocating sliding fit with the first gangway ladder fixed section, and the other end is far away from the second gangway ladder fixed section to form an inclined angle; the accommodation ladder telescopic section is slidably arranged in the accommodation ladder movable section in an inserted mode, the bottom of the accommodation ladder telescopic section is connected with a follow-up device, and the follow-up device comprises a fixed shaft, a rotating shaft sleeve, a U-shaped shifting fork and a positioning butt joint cylinder. In the application of the design, through the inclined design of the movable section of the gangway ladder, a ship does not need to be excessively close to a draught fan, the butt joint operation difficulty is reduced, the butt joint efficiency is improved, meanwhile, after butt joint is completed, the freedom degree motion of the gangway ladder is compensated through the follow-up device, and the embarkation safety is improved. Therefore, the requirement for berthing of the ship is low, and safety is high.
