Comprising a flowing unit and a connecting cylinder, a discharged water source passes through an assembling ring and an assembling rod, penetrates through a bearing block and is conveyed by inner cavities of backflow assembling pipes which are positioned and clamped by a supporting rod and a positioning ring, and the water sources in the two sets of backflow assembling pipes are gathered in a penetrating cylinder through a flow gathering block; the water source in the inner cavity of the penetrating cylinder downwards enters the inner cavity of the gathering pipe, so that the water source entering the device forms a closed loop in the device, the water source in the device is kept in a flowing state, the non-flowing water is kept flowing, and the device is an annular body formed by mutually connecting a plurality of sets of equipment; the flowing efficiency of the flowing water source is accelerated in the annular closed range, and the flowing rate of water flow is increased.
