The invention relates to the technical field of mildewproof and antibacterial colored ceramic plate preparation, in particular to a mildewproof and antibacterial colored ceramic plate preparation process which comprises the following steps of premixing, medium mixing, final mixing, extrusion forming, surface treatment and firing, and the surface treatment comprises the steps of preservative coating, chitin coating and glaze coating. The outer surface of the prepared and formed ceramic plate is coated with the preservative, the chitin and the glaze while the preservative is added into the ceramic plate slurry, and the chitin is located between the preservative and the glaze, so that the chitin can be combined with the internal preservative to improve the preservative effect, and can also be combined with the external glaze to improve the antibacterial property of the glaze; and the nanometer material is added into the chitin, and the nanometer material and the chitin are combined to form a novel composite material, so that the anti-corrosion and antibacterial characteristics of the ceramic are enhanced.
