According to the transfer trolley and the turnout rail welding operation trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trolley body can stretch across the two sides of the rail and is provided with the containing space, so that welding equipment or other transportation materials can be conveniently placed; the trolley walking devices are fixedly arranged at the two transverse ends of the trolley body so as to walk on a track and/or the ground. The hoisting moving device can hoist the welding equipment to move in at least one direction of the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction of the vehicle body so as to drive the welding equipment to move to a preset welding position for welding operation; according to the transfer trolley, welding equipment or transported materials can move in multiple directions, and positioning of the welding equipment is facilitated; and the labor intensity is reduced. Meanwhile, the transfer trolley can be matched with the turnout rail welding trolley for operation, and adaptability and operation flexibility of the whole machine are improved.
