The invention provides a method for connecting an existing box culvert and a new box culvert, which belongs to the technical field of box culvert transformation and comprises the following steps: excavating a foundation pit, and reinforcing the bottom of the foundation pit. And the lining is hoisted into the foundation pit, the angle of the lining is adjusted, so that one end of the lining communicates with the new box culvert, and the other end of the lining abuts against the old box culvert. 本发明提供了既有箱涵与新箱涵连接方法,属于箱涵改造技术领域,包括:开挖基坑,对基坑的底部进行加固处理。将内衬吊入基坑内,调整内衬的角度使内衬一端与新箱涵连通,另一端抵靠在旧箱涵上。在旧箱涵上固定多个定位杆,并且在内衬的外侧绑扎钢筋网,将钢筋网与多个定位杆连接;在绑扎钢筋网的过程中,在内衬内侧对旧箱涵的侧壁进行切割使旧箱涵与新箱涵连通。在钢筋网的外侧架设模板,在模板与内衬之间浇注混凝土;当混凝土固化之后模板作为混凝土的外层防护结构。本发明提供的既有箱涵与新箱涵连接方法整个过程不需要大型顶推设备的安装,施工成本较低,占地面积较小,通过内衬内外的同时施工,缩短了所需的时间,提高了施工的效率。
