The invention relates to the technical field of air water production machines, and particularly discloses an air water production machine adopting a hollow fiber ultrafiltration technology, which comprises an air filtering system, a water production system, a water filtering system, a water storage system, a water taking mechanism and a control system, the air filtration system is connected with the water production system, the water filtration system is connected with the water production system, the water storage system is connected with the water filtration system, and the water taking mechanism is connected with the water storage system. The water filtering system provided by the invention is a hollow fiber ultrafiltration filtering system, and the filtering system can remove bacteria and microorganisms in water, so that high-efficiency filtering of the water is realized; the hollow fiber ultrafiltration system is further provided with a backwashing device and a disinfecting and cleaning device, the filtering system can be automatically washed and disinfected, the number of times of manual disassembly and cleaning is reduced, and meanwhile the high efficiency of the filtering system can be kept.
