The invention relates to the technical field of building structures, in particular to a fabricated anti-seepage steel mesh formwork wall which comprises a mesh formwork, a cement layer, a permeable cloth layer and a waterproof layer, the cement layer is attached to one side of the mesh formwork, and the permeable cloth layer is located on the side, away from the cement layer, of the mesh formwork; a preparation method of the waterproof layer comprises the following steps: releasing components of the waterproof layer when mortar is coated on the cement layer, so that the components of the waterproof layer freely permeate through the permeable cloth layer to form the permeable cloth layer; the components of the waterproof layer are guided out through the permeable cloth layer when the cement mortar of the cement layer is not dry, the uniform and compact waterproof layer is formed, and the waterproof layer and the cement layer are solidified together, so that the problem that the internal waterproof layer is not tightly combined with the cement layer is effectively solved; therefore, the problem of weather resistance of the waterproof layer is solved.
