The invention provides a composite heat preservation structure of an inverted roof. The composite heat preservation structure comprises a heat preservation layer, a filling layer and a leveling layer. The upper portion and the lower portion of a heat preservation plate of the heat preservation layer are each provided with a steel wire mesh, and the heat preservation plate is provided with a plurality of through holes communicating with the upper-layer steel wire mesh and the lower-layer steel wire mesh. A filling material of the filling layer flows through the through holes and gaps and diffuses to the surface of the waterproof layer to form the filling layer; and the filling material of the leveling layer is used for carrying out secondary filling on each gap and pouring to reach the specified thickness. The invention further provides a construction method of the composite thermal insulation structure, and the filling layer, the thermal insulation layer and the leveling layer form an integral structure which is stably connected and compactly filled by adopting a two-time pouring mode. The problems of hollowing and cracking of the upper leveling layer caused by factors such as unevenness of a heat preservation base layer or gaps generated by deformation of a heat preservation plate in a conventional inverted roof are solved, the effect of continuing protection of a waterproof layer of the inverted roof is achieved, the effect of prolonging the service life of the roof is achieved, and wide popularization and application prospects are achieved.
本发明提供一种倒置式屋面的复合保温结构,包括:保温层、填充层和找平层;保温层的保温板的上下分别设置有一层钢丝网片,保温板开设有若干连通上下层钢丝网片的对穿孔;填充层的填充材料流经对穿孔及各处空隙,扩散至防水层表面形成填充层;找平层的填充材料对各空隙进行二次填充并浇筑达规定厚度。本发明还提供了该复合保温结构的施工方法,采用两次浇筑的方式,将“填充层+保温层+找平层”形成稳定连接、密实填充的整体结构。本发明解决了常规倒置屋面存在的由于保温基层不平或保温板变形产生空隙等因素导致的上找平层出现空鼓、开裂现象,起到了延续倒置式屋面防水层保护的作用和提高屋面使用寿命的效果,具备广阔的推广及应用前景。
