Polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer double-layer composite material for suspension assembled floor
The invention relates to the technical field of suspension spliced floors, and provides a polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer double-layer composite material for a suspension spliced floor, which consists of a bottom layer and a surface layer, the bottom layer is a polypropylene layer; the surface layer is a thermoplastic elastomer layer; the polypropylene layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 15-30 parts of an inorganic filler, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent; the inorganic filler is nano silicon dioxide/layered silicate composite filler. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, when polypropylene serves as a base material of a suspension spliced floor, ball rebound performance and impact absorption during movement are poor are solved.
本发明涉及悬浮拼装地板技术领域,提出了悬浮拼装地板用聚丙烯和热塑性弹性体双层复合材料,由底层和面层组成;底层为聚丙烯层;面层为热塑性弹性体层;聚丙烯层包括以下重量份的组分:聚丙烯100份、无机填料15~30份、抗氧剂1~3份、硅烷偶联剂2~4份;无机填料为纳米二氧化硅/层状硅酸盐复合填料。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的悬浮拼装地板以聚丙烯为基材时,球反弹性和运动时冲击吸收差的问题。
