Prestressed hollow slab reinforcing method
The invention provides a prestressed hollow slab reinforcing method which solves the problems that existing decoration needs to be destroyed in a large range and actual construction and installation are inconvenient in traditional reinforcing methods such as section increasing, carbon fiber cloth pasting and flat steel pasting, and the method mainly comprises the steps that S1, a decoration surface layer of an existing building is locally chiseled away and treated to a structural base layer of the existing building; s2, steel angles are additionally arranged on the periphery of the corresponding prestressed hollow slab, the adjacent steel angles are spliced into a whole after 45-degree corner cutting is conducted on the end portions of the adjacent steel angles, the steel angles are fixedly connected with an original concrete beam through a plurality of anchor bolts, and glue pouring and compacting are conducted on anchor bolt holes; s3, steel plate supports are additionally arranged on the inner sides of the splicing positions of the ends of every two adjacent steel angles, a steel plate middle block is arranged in the center of the room, the middle block and the four steel plate supports are connected into a whole through flat steel, and it is guaranteed that the flat steel, the middle block and the four steel plate supports are located on the same plane; and S4, gaps among the prestressed hollow slabs, the angle steel, the flat steel, the steel plate brackets and the middle blocks are filled with mortar.
本发明提出了一种预应力空心板加固方法,解决了传统增大截面、粘贴碳纤维布、粘贴扁钢等加固方法需要大范围破坏既有装修,实际施工和安装时较为不便的问题,其主要步骤包括S1、局部凿除既有建筑的装修面层,处理至既有建筑结构基层;S2、在对应预应力空心板四周处增设角钢,对相邻角钢端部45°切角后拼接为一体,将角钢通过多个锚栓与原有混凝土梁连接固定,对锚栓孔洞进行灌胶密实;S3、在相邻两角钢端部拼接处内侧增设钢板支托,将房间中心设钢板中间块并通过扁钢将中间块与四个钢板支托连为一体,保证扁钢、中间块与四个钢板支托在一个平面;S4、将预应力空心板与角钢、扁钢、钢板支托、中间块间的缝隙采用砂浆填实。
