The invention relates to the field of doors and windows and discloses an aluminum alloy door and window which comprises a door frame and two door bodies, two sliding ways are formed in the bottom of the door frame, the two door bodies are slidably arranged in the two sliding ways, a partition bin is arranged at the position, between the two door bodies, of the bottom of the door frame, and an air blowing pipe is arranged in the partition bin in the sliding direction of the door bodies. An air inlet communicated with air supply equipment is formed in one end of the air blowing pipe, a plurality of air blowing openings are formed in the two sides of the air blowing pipe in the diameter direction and point to the two sliding ways respectively, a dust collecting box is slidably placed in the door frame, and a dust falling opening communicated with the sliding ways and the dust collecting box is formed in the side, away from the air blowing pipe, of the door frame. Air can be supplied into an air blowing pipe, air in the air blowing pipe is blown to a sliding way from an air blowing opening, dust and sundries in the sliding way are blown to a dust falling opening along with wind power and fall into a dust collecting box, then the collected dust and sundries are taken out by sliding the dust collecting box and cleaned in a centralized mode, and therefore the cleaning difficulty of doors and windows can be reduced; and convenient dust cleaning is realized.
