An electric push rod is started to drive a first rack to move leftwards, the first rack drives a gear ring to rotate anticlockwise, and the gear ring drives a second folding frame and a solar photovoltaic panel on the left side to rotate, so that the solar photovoltaic panel on the left side is folded downwards to the lower side of a solar photovoltaic panel on the right side; the area of the solar photovoltaic panel can be reduced, so that wind resistance is reduced, and the purpose of protecting the solar photovoltaic panel is achieved.
