The invention relates to the technical field of cement clinker processing, in particular to a cement clinker rapid burning machine which comprises a feeding mechanism, and the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding hopper, a guide sleeve, a preheating assembly and a sealing assembly; the feeding hopper is fixedly installed at the top end of the inner side of the rotary kiln, the material guiding sleeve is fixedly installed on the inner side of the rotary kiln and located below the feeding hopper, and the preheating assembly is installed on the inner side of the feeding hopper so as to preheat cement clinker; the sealing assembly is installed at the bottom end of the feeding hopper so as to seal the feeding hopper. In the whole process, heat of high-temperature flue gas in the combustion chamber can be fully utilized, and energy waste is avoided; the water in the cement raw materials can be volatilized after being continuously heated, so that the water in the cement raw materials is reduced, the problem that more energy needs to be consumed due to too high water content when the cement raw materials are calcined in a combustion chamber can be avoided, and the production cost of the cement clinker is greatly reduced.
