Preparation method for resource utilization of crushed construction waste powder
The invention relates to the technical field of construction waste, and discloses a construction waste crushed powder resource utilization preparation method which comprises the following preparation steps: 1) conveying construction waste into a jaw crusher for crushing to form a primary coarse material; (2) the primary coarse material is conveyed into a cone crusher to be crushed, and a secondary coarse material is formed; (3) the secondary coarse material passes through a single-layer vibrating screen to form a primary screened material; 4) conveying the primarily screened material to a multi-layer vibrating screen for screening to form powder; (5) metering, proportioning, mixing and stirring the powder, cement and a water body to form a bonded mixture; the construction waste is used as a main raw material, powder formed by crushing and screening is mixed with cement and water to form a bonded mixture, the mixture is green and environment-friendly, the comprehensive utilization rate of the construction waste is improved, the problems that the stacking amount of the construction waste is overloaded and the ecological environment is polluted are solved, sustainable development of the construction industry is promoted, and reutilization and recycling of the construction waste are achieved.
