The invention relates to the technical field of construction waste, and discloses a construction waste multi-stage crushing and screening and vibration pressing brick resource utilization construction method which comprises the following construction steps: 1) conveying construction waste into a jaw crusher for crushing to form a primary coarse material; (2) the primary coarse material is conveyed into a cone crusher to be crushed, and a secondary coarse material is formed; 3) primarily screening the secondary coarse material through a single-layer vibrating screen to form a primarily screened material; 4) conveying the primarily screened material to a multi-layer vibrating screen for screening to form a powder material; (5) metering and proportioning the powder, cement and water, and mixing and stirring to form a mixture; (6) conveying the mixture into a mold of a bench mold vibration press, and performing vibration pressing on the mixture in the mold to form a green brick; and (7) the green bricks are separated from the mold and cured for set time, and finished bricks are formed. The construction method provided by the invention has the advantages of being green and environment-friendly, turning waste into wealth, good in brick forming quality, efficient in construction waste treatment and the like.
