Foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of water, 65 to 85 parts of cement, 30 to 40 parts of fly ash, 1 to 2 parts of foaming agent, 0.9 to 1.2 parts of water reducing agent, 5 to 10 parts of butadiene styrene rubber emulsion and 5 to 15 parts of reinforcing filler, the reinforcing filler is prepared from the following raw materials: graphene, ethanol and dimethyl vinyl ethyoxyl silane. According to the preparation method, ethyl alcohol is used as a solvent, and the dimethyl vinyl ethoxy silane is used for modifying the graphene, so that the graphene can be uniformly dispersed in a system; the styrene butadiene rubber emulsion can form a net-shaped structure after water loss, cement base materials are mutually connected, dimethyl vinyl ethoxy silane can promote formation of the net-shaped structure, and then the compressive strength of the prepared foam concrete is improved by utilizing the hardness of graphene.
