Ceramsite-based porous ecological concrete and preparation method thereof
The ceramsite-based porous ecological concrete is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 350 parts of cement, 500 to 600 parts of porous ceramsite, 850 to 950 parts of coarse aggregate, 9 to 12 parts of fiber, 30 to 40 parts of sawdust, 30 to 40 parts of styrene-butadiene latex, 15 to 20 parts of charcoal, 5 to 8 parts of water-absorbent resin, 100 to 110 parts of water and 10 to 14 parts of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent. The ceramsite is used for replacing part of aggregate, and the prepared concrete is high in strength and good in water purification effect.
