Preparation method of composite carbon fiber thermal insulation material
The invention provides a preparation method of a composite carbon fiber thermal insulation material, which comprises the following steps: purifying carbon fibers, uniformly mixing the purified carbon fibers with yttrium-containing compounds, calcining to obtain yttrium oxide modified carbon fibers, sequentially introducing silicon source gas, mixed gas and carbon source gas in a high-temperature environment, and calcining to obtain the yttrium oxide modified carbon fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: forming a plurality of coating layers containing silicon carbide on the surfaces of carbon nanofibers to obtain modified carbon fibers, then adding the modified carbon fibers into silicon dioxide sol, uniformly dispersing, standing for aging, replacing a solvent, and drying to obtain the composite carbon fiber thermal insulation material with an aerosol structure. The thermal insulation material has good mechanical performance, and the thermal insulation material with excellent thermal insulation performance at high temperature is obtained by utilizing the characteristic that the thermal conductivity of silicon carbide at high temperature is reduced.
本发明提供了一种复合碳纤维保温材料的制备方法,所述方法包括:将碳纤维进行纯化后与含钇化合物均匀混合,煅烧,得到氧化钇改性的碳纤维,然后在高温环境下,依次通入硅源气体,混合气体和碳源气体,在碳纳米纤维表面形成含有碳化硅的多层包覆层,得到改性碳纤维,然后将所述改性碳纤维加入到二氧化硅溶胶中均匀分散后静置老化,溶剂置换、干燥后得到气溶胶结构的复合碳纤维保温材料。本发明的保温材料具有良好的机械性能,并且利用碳化硅在高温下导热性能降低的特性获得高温下保温性能优异的保温材料。
