High-entropy ceramic powder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to high-entropy ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing transition metal carbide powder and Si powder into a mixture, and carrying out ball-milling mixing to obtain mixed powder or mixed powder suspension to be treated; the ratio of the total mass of the transition metal carbide powder to the mass of the Si powder is (5-30): 1; (2) carrying out intermediate treatment on the to-be-treated mixed powder or mixed powder suspension obtained in the step (1) to obtain to-be-burnt mixed powder; and (3) carrying out heat treatment on the mixed powder to be burnt obtained in the step (2) in a vacuum or inert atmosphere to obtain the single-phase entropy stabilized carbide ceramic powder, and (4) crushing and sieving the single-phase entropy-stabilized carbide ceramic powder obtained in the step (3) to obtain the entropy-stabilized carbide ceramic powder which is uniformly dispersed and has fine particles.
