The telescopic device comprises a comb plate, a mounting base body, an elastic piece and a pivot shaft, and the comb plate is provided with a first mounting hole; the mounting base body is provided with a second mounting hole; the elastic piece is provided with a thread groove; the comb plate is installed on the installation base body, the elastic piece is fixed to the installation base body, the pivotal shaft sequentially penetrates through the first installation hole, the second installation hole and the threaded groove, the pivotal shaft and the comb plate are fixedly arranged, and the pivotal shaft is in threaded connection with the threaded groove. According to the telescopic device, the pivot shaft is elastically stopped through the elastic piece, so that the pivot shaft can rotate only by overcoming the stopping effect under the external effect of generating transverse displacement, the external effect of generating the transverse displacement needed by rotation of the pivot shaft in the elastic piece is improved, and therefore the transverse load range capable of being borne by the telescopic device is expanded; and the damage resistance of the telescopic device is improved.
