The invention provides a device for improving the pouring quality of an inclined pile foundation of an underwater cast-in-place pile and a using method. The device comprises a pile foundation reinforcement cage in a pile foundation hole wall, a concrete pouring guide pipe is arranged in the pile foundation reinforcement cage, and a centering adjusting device is fixedly arranged at the end of the concrete pouring guide pipe; at least three first pushing mechanisms are arranged on the peripheral side of a hoop in the centering adjusting device, one end of each first pushing mechanism is hinged to the hoop, and the other end of each first pushing mechanism telescopically abuts against the pile foundation reinforcement cage to move; a second pushing mechanism is further arranged between the first pushing mechanism and the hoop, and the second pushing mechanism is used for driving the first pushing mechanism to rotate. Compared with a deviation rectifying mode of welding an annular steel box through a guide pipe, the centering adjusting device is not prone to being damaged in structure, the arc shape of the hemispherical jacking and the roller design are better attached to a pile foundation reinforcement cage, and lowering and lifting are smoother and more reliable; and the three first pushing mechanisms synchronously push, so that the discharging opening of the concrete pouring guide pipe can be located in the center of the pile foundation reinforcement cage.
本发明提供了用于提高水下灌注桩倾斜桩基浇筑质量的装置及使用方法,包括桩基孔壁内的桩基钢筋笼,桩基钢筋笼内有混凝土浇筑导管,混凝土浇筑导管端部固设有居中调节装置,居中调节装置中的抱箍周侧均设有至少三个第一顶推机构,第一顶推机构一端铰接在抱箍上,另一端伸缩抵靠在桩基钢筋笼上移动;第一顶推机构与抱箍之间还设有第二顶推机构,第二顶推机构用于驱动第一顶推机构转动。相对于导管焊接环形钢箱纠偏方式,本居中调节装置结构不宜损坏,半球形顶托弧形和滚轮设计更贴合桩基钢筋笼,下放和提升更为顺畅可靠;三个第一顶推机构同步顶推,从而能够使得混凝土浇筑导管的出料口位于桩基钢筋笼的中心。
