The beam column connecting joint comprises a concrete prefabricated column (5) adopting the prefabricated column based on the embedded sleeve, and the side face of the concrete prefabricated column (5) is connected with a cast-in-place beam (6). And a beam longitudinal bar in the cast-in-place beam (6) is connected with an embedded sleeve in the concrete prefabricated column (5). According to the fabricated column, on one hand, splicing can be conducted by avoiding a floor, the quality is controllable, on the other hand, the construction procedures of a beam-column joint area can be reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
