The invention provides a vacuum ceramic microbead heat preservation and insulation system, and relates to the technical field of building materials. A vacuum ceramic microbead heat preservation and insulation system comprises a heat conduction primer layer, a heat preservation and insulation coating and an anti-radiation ion layer which are sequentially coated. The heat-conducting primer layer is formed by coating metal heat-conducting primer on the surface of the base layer; the heat preservation and insulation coating is formed by coating the surface of the cured heat conduction primer layer with vacuum ceramic microbead heat preservation and insulation paint; and the anti-radiation ion layer is formed by coating the surface of the cured heat preservation and heat insulation coating with anti-radiation paint finish paint. The thermal conductivity primer layer, the thermal insulation coating and the anti-radiation ion layer are sequentially coated, a three-dimensional structure of internal thermal insulation, middle thermal insulation and external radiation protection is formed, the thermal insulation wall surface protection system is obtained, the wall surface is firmly bonded, cracking and bottom leakage are avoided, and perfect protection can be formed on the wall surface.
