本发明公开了一种预应力型复式可再生骨料混凝土钢管柱及施工方法,包括内钢管柱、外钢管柱和可再生骨料混凝土,其中,内钢管柱位于外钢管柱内侧,外钢管柱采用S32001不锈钢材料,内钢管材料采用碳钢材料,可再生骨料混凝土填充于内钢管柱内侧区域和内外钢管柱之间区域,可再生骨料混凝土碳化改性处理后,整体级配连续与完整,同时预应力型复式可再生骨料混凝土钢管柱的施工方法包括高抛自密实浇筑方法和泵送顶升浇筑方法。本发明采用可再生骨料混凝土,内部为碳钢管,外部为不锈钢管,对混凝土提供侧向约束,充分利用了不锈钢的性能,使用可再生骨料混凝土也符合环保理念,钢管柱施工方法具有普遍适用性,有显著的工程实际意义。
