The invention discloses a power supply system for a downstream channel gate of a reservoir, and relates to the technical field of power supply of reservoir gates, and the power supply system comprises a wind power generation device, a hydroelectric generation device, a water diversion pipeline, an electric energy storage device and a measurement and control integrated gate which are arranged at the upstream section and the downstream section of a retaining dam. The height difference between the upstream and the downstream of the reservoir is utilized, the special water diversion pipeline is matched to convert mechanical energy of water into electric energy, power is provided for the measurement and control integrated gate, the water diversion pipeline with the horn-shaped water inlet can improve water flow impact, and therefore the mechanical energy efficiency of the water turbine is improved, namely the power generation efficiency is improved. The effect of continuous operation in extreme weather such as sunny days, cloudy days and even continuous rainstorm and in dry and water-deficient seasons can be achieved, and the problems that a traditional reservoir check gate or flood discharge gate in a remote area is large in power supply difficulty, high in power grid power supply investment cost and long in construction period are effectively solved.
