The invention discloses a construction method for pipeline connection of a water-rich sand layer. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, construction preparation is conducted, earthwork above the top of a current well is excavated, earthwork around the current well is manually cleaned, the boundary of a current well structure is determined, and the position of a connection well is determined according to the boundary of the current structure and a design drawing; and secondly, a transition well is manufactured, the transition well is constructed through an open caisson method, well pieces are assembled after being in place, the well pieces are connected and spliced into an open caisson structure through bolts in a dry mode, an upper well wall and a lower well wall are installed in a staggered mode, an open caisson body which is vertically overlapped and spliced in a staggered mode is formed, and then earthwork in the open caisson body and earthwork around the open caisson body are excavated. According to the method, the high-pressure jet grouting piles are adopted to reinforce the soil body between the transition well and the target well, the hydraulic jacks are utilized to jack the steel sleeves, and the steel sleeves are manually jacked while being excavated, so that the problems of no protection, soil body collapse, water gushing, sand gushing and the like caused by manual transverse tunneling from the connection well to the target well are effectively solved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种富水砂层的管道接驳的施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:施工准备,挖除现状井井顶以上土方,人工清理现状井井周土方,确认现状井结构物边界,根据现有结构物边界及设计图纸,确定接驳井位置;步骤二:过渡井制作,过渡井采用沉井法施工,在井片就位后进行组装,井片间通过螺栓干式连接拼装成沉井结构,上下井壁错位安装,形成上下叠合错缝拼接的沉井体,随后开挖沉井体井内和四周土方。本发明采用高压旋喷桩对过渡井与目标井之间土体进行加固,利用液压千斤顶顶进钢套管,人工在钢套管内随挖随顶,有效解决从接驳井向目标井之间人工横向掘进无防护,土体垮塌,涌水、涌砂等困难,提高了施工效率。
