A buried cable laying device relates to the technical field of cable laying and comprises a bottom plate, a first chassis, a second chassis, a support frame, a material box and a landfill device, the first chassis and the second chassis are arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the bottom plate respectively, wheels are arranged on two sides of each of the first chassis and the second chassis, and the support frame is arranged at one end of the upper surface of the bottom plate. A cable reel is arranged on the supporting frame, a landfill device is arranged at the other end of the upper face of the bottom plate, a material box is arranged between the supporting frame and the landfill device, and a pressure-resistant plate is stored in the material box. By arranging the rotatable supporting frame, the cable reel is convenient to assemble and disassemble; through the wire guiding device, the cable laying position can be positioned, and laying construction is facilitated; by arranging the material box and the material conveying machine, the protective pressure-resistant plate can be automatically laid after the cable is laid, and the safety of the cable is improved; and by arranging the landfill device, cable trench backfilling is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
