The invention relates to a foldable container, a foldable support frame and a folding method thereof, the folding method of the foldable container comprises the following steps: a handle arranged on a containing body is pulled to trigger the containing body and the foldable support frame to be transformed from an unfolded state to a folded state, and under the condition of the unfolded state, the foldable support frame can be folded; in the folding state, the containing body is supported by the foldable supporting frame, and in the folding state, the foldable supporting frame and the containing body are folded together.
